New RevCon4 podcast series and resource hub
The work of the Small Arms Survey actively supports the full and effective implementation of the United Nations Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects (UN PoA) and the International Tracing Instrument (ITI). Every six years, Review Conferences are held to review progress made in the implementation of the UN PoA and its ITI. The next Review Conference (RevCon4) will take place from 18–28 June 2024 in New York.
Ahead of the conference, the Survey launches its Road to #RevCon4 podcast series—a multi-episode series that discusses key trends, challenges, and opportunities across such topics as linking small arms control and development, gender-responsive arms control, trafficking and violence in the Caribbean, privately made and other non-industrial weapons, and demand factors and enablers of illicit small arms and light weapons.
The podcast episodes are available here and on podcast platforms Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

On our RevCon4 webpage, you can find information about the process itself as well as work done by the Survey within the various themes up for discussion at this year’s conference.
